Hello,

I have a document for test procedures that has the same three header fields of revision, serial number and work order throughout the five page document.

I would like to have the user fill in the first appearence of the field and have it fill in the other occurrences on the following pages. The information entered is not a constant, the next time the user opens the form to fill it out it may be a new rev, with a new serial number and work order. In short I would like the information entered at the beginning to populate the similar fields in the rest of the document.

What do I do and is this possible??

Name the field with the same name and for the binding of the field use the "global" option and all the fields with the same name will reflect the same value.
