Error on Line XXXX message when opening form

I created a form and emailed it to some of my co-workers to test out. All of the users on company computers say the form opens and works fine. One user who is using his personal computer keeps getting the following message when opening the form:

"Invalid enumerated value: indexChange. The fault occurred on line 1302"

He said the message is displayed 7 times and there is a note saying an additional 86 errors were not reported. He clicks through the errors and the form seems to work great. I corrected some items on the form until I eventually got a report that said there were 0 errors/warning reported. He tried the form again, got a similar message only the error now occurred on line 1304. I have no idea what this means.

I did use some FormCalc scripting, but none of them exceeds about 10 lines. Where would I find line 1304 to try to correct it? I even looked at the XML source tab, but couldn't find anything out of the ordinary on line 1304.

Any idea why he would be getting this message and the others not?

I used LiveCycle Designer 8.0 to create the form. I'm not sure what version of acrobat reader he has. Hopefully the version doesn't make too big of a difference as I have about 100 people using this form mostly on their personal computers. Some of them won't be as forgiving as my testers were.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Someone posted a similar problem a while back on this forum see if the last solution works.

Thanks for you reply. I had seen that post, but it didn't really do much for me. I do have a table in my form (32 rows, 15 columns) and the user won't be adding or deleting any rows. They'll simply be typing information into them. I clicked off the alternating shaded rows checkmark to see if that worked, but it didn't. I'm not exactly sure what else the answer to that post is suggesting to do and really didn't find a solution.

Now, I have a new problem. I tried filling out the form on my MacBook using Reader 9.1 and it doesn't add up any of the columns that I have scripted it to add. On my windows machine it works fine. Again, could it the version of Reader or something else?

If I can't find the solution, I'm afraid I won't be able to use the form that I've put a lot of time into.

Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Is that one employee using the latest version of Reader as everyone else?

He's using Reader 7...everyone else is using the same or higher.

Most likely that's problem right there. Have him uninstall version 7 and get the latest version from Adobe's website, do updates if there are any and have that person try the form again.

I will have him try that - thanks so much for your help on that...any suggestions for the Mac users? I installed Reader 9.0 on mine and it's opening with no errors, but not performing the automatic calcuations I have set up.
