Expanding text field runs over next field

I have been trying to figure out how to make a text field automatically expand down as needed without printing over the top of the next field. I am using LCD 8.0. Looking through the forums, some posts say to set the main subform up as flowed, but then all of my text fields will line up to the left side of the sheet. Looking at the orders pdf example, none of those subforms are flowed, they are all positioned. I tried setting up my form similar, but the expanding field renders over the top of the next one underneath it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I'm a newbie having the same problem (LCD 8.2) and would love to find an answer.

I have subforms that are flowed, I've allowed the textfields to be multi-line and expand in height and they are and do, but the contents appear on top of the following fields.

If it helps, I can send you the file. I'd attach it here, but can't see how to do that.

The key is subforms. Be sure your main pain subform is set to flow as well. Page should be set to flow top to bottom. You can have positioned subforms within a flowed subform.

Thank you, pforms. You're absolutely right and I had missed some "flow" choices. At least I had caught all the "multiple lines" and "auto-fit" choices.
