export to XML missing fields

I have a livecycle 8.2 PDF where i export data from Acrobat Pro (using the Form, Export data menu option) and strangely some fields are missing. One simple subform I have simply has 10 fields on it, but only two appear in the XML file.
  
Does anyone have any ideas what is happening?

My problem is solved. The fields in the binding tab where it was not set to 'normal', were not getting exported.
