Hi,

Another case for this forum :

I created a form in Livecycle. When I test it and click on the send-button, the emailapplication opens and gets ready to send the filled pdf-form. All works nice in Acrobat Extended Pro.

Now the form is almost ready, I want it to be tested by some collegues. They use Reader 9.1. When they push the send-button, nothing happens.

I checked the security-items in AcExPro but I don't see any difference.

What's the matter?

Anyone?

Thanks in advance!

Hi francisvaneycken,

What e-mail client are the Adobe Reader viewers using? This won't work unless they are using a MAPI e-mail setup.

I bet you will find lots of thread on this if you do a search for "MAPI" in these forae.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri
