Form data get disappeared

Hi Experts,

I designed a form that will get values from the user. Sometimes when the user enters some data in the form then remaining data in the form get disappeared and the data get appeared again when the user clicks or scroll down anywhere in the form. Can anyone please suggest what would be the problem.........

Strange one here! Does the same thing happen if the form is used on another PC. You have enabled Useage rights haven't you?
