Form finalising before submitting

hi all,

my problem is the following: After filling submits the user per email the form. Per presubmit event you can make all form fields read only accessable, is fine. But what i want is resetting the access of all form fields after submitting to open. Therefore you need postsubmit event and it does not exist.

How any one tell me to realize it?
