Form Submission

I created a form in LiveCycle Designer which is opened through a web link. Users using adobe reader can submit an attachment but anyone that has writer installed gets an error and cannot submit form

This only happens to clients that have Adobe writer installed. All others using adobe reader work great. The error is: Adobe 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close. There is debug info and after I close these screens I get an error The instruction at 0x2d88727b referenced memory at 0x0000008. The email client we use is Groupwise 6.5.4 on a windows xp pro SP2 platform.
