Forms - Email Submit in Designer 7

Designer 7 will only create xml files for submission, which "Reader" users cannot use. It needs to be an .fdf data file that can only be created in "professional". It is more time time consuming and difficult to have to create forms in Professional.

Does anyone know if Designer 8 has created a solution for this problem?
