Form permissions often change after I have set the Security. Forms are designed in LiveCycle Designer. I set security permissions to high print resolutions and fillable form, signatures but too often the security inconsistently changes at a later time upon opening the form (in both Reader and Acrobat) to maybe none (permissions) or some other selection than what I originally chose. How can I stop this? My forms are used on a company's intranet website. Thanks!
Can you provide additional detail on your OS, version of Acrobat and Designer, etc.? Are you using the Publish to Repository command in Designer?
In Designer 7, PDF security permissions are not retained after the PDF file is imported into Designer to create a new form. So, if this is your workflow, you'll need to reset the security settings.
