Forms wont work on clients

I have created a form, but it only works on my machine, whoever i sent the form to they are not able to fill in the fields.

Please advise

am assuming that you are using adobe acrobat pro to fill in and save data while whoever you sent the form to are using acrobat reader. If that is the case, you will need to enable reader rights using acrobat pro. Open the form in Adobe Acrobat pro and go to Advanced => "Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader". Please note that this should be last action you should be performing on the form before sending it out to the users. So if you need to edit the form again for some reason, please keep a copy with no rights enabled backed up.
