Getting Username in LS 8.0

Hello All,

Lets say I have a textbox in a form, which when rendered on the LS Workspace should contain the default value of the user who has logged in. Meaning it should contain username of the user who has logged in.

How can I do that.

The JavaScript API Reference tells the following.

identity

This is a static object that identifies the current user of the application.
Note:The identity object properties are only accessible during batch, console and application initialization events to protect the privacy of the user.
