How to add the float property to a adobe form?

I have been unable to figure out the answer to this problem. I have forms with text fields that need to float on to the other page. Please help.

Hi,

If you use expandable text fields they should be in a floating subform that allows page breaks within content. Expandable text field should also allow page breaks within content.
Please write more details if it doesn't help!

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help. As for the details, here they are:

I am trying to find the solution for this one form where the user needs to be able to fill large amounts of info and the text box needs to expand as it goes. The description of the whole row is as follows: the whole row is a text field divided in three parts. First part is a single line (A question) second part are two radio buttons and the third part is left for comments. Now what I want is,as the user fills in comments, the whole row should expand so that all the typed comments are visible and want to be able to print it as well.

I would be grateful if you can give a step by step (or otherwise) way.
