How to display form at 100% on web

I created a pdf form for my website and want the form to display at 100% all the time, despite what individual users have their Adobe settings at.

I can not find where to change that setting. Please help if you can.

This is to preset the page size to fitpage.

I've since played around and been able to select the size I want it to open - by using:

event.target.zoom = 100; //open at 100% zoom
or
event.target.zoom = 75; //open at 75% zoom...

and so on.
