How to "SaveAs" with filename generated from form field?

The file I copied into that folder is Return_Parts_Form

The value returned in the Javascript console window is
/C/Forms/WorkOrders/Return_Parts_Form.pdf

Does the C need to be capital?

I created a new folder i c drive called test1 but get the same error
