I want some clarify.

Is there is any menu "Advanced > Forms > Export Forms Data " is available
in Acrobat Reader 8.0.

Hi --

No. Adobe Reader doesn't give you commands for performing tasks like what you are looking for. If a form you open in Reader has an export feature, it is included by the author of the form, who built the form in Live Cycle Designer, or Acrobat 8 Professional.
