I have an image field on my Designer 8.0 form where I've entered some code in the click event, however when a user clicks it, the image open dialog box appears. Is there any way to prevent this box from opening, or an alternative way to allow a user to click on an image.

You might try doing this with an image hot spot. There is an example of how to do this at:
