interactive form access on reader

I created an interactive form using Adobe designer 7.0. I also have adobe professional 7.0 and am able to enter text into the form and save the form. Users with only the adobe reader 7.0 are not able to enter text into the input fields or save the form. How do I get around this to allow users to use this interactive form?
