The title almost says it all, almost.

I am trying to create a pdf form that is filled out by employees, sent back to me in an xml file. That xml file is then imported into excel. All while looking pretty.

That's great news! I have been trying to do it for the past two weeks, but I can't seem to get it right.

Would you helping me out with a few questions I have?
