Last Page footer

I have a form with a flowable content area that will expand to a second page if the content warrants it. Below this area is basically a signature block area. This signature block should be at the bottom of the last page always so if my content is only one page long then the signature block should be on page one. If my page one content extends to a second page then I would like the signature block to move from the bottom of page one to the bottom of page two. Is there a way to accomplish this??
