Livecycle wont start

Hi
I have been using Acrobat 8 Pro which includes Livecycle. The problem is Livecycle won’t start no matter which icon I use ie: shortcut on desktop or straight from program files. When you click on the icon the initial Livecycle window appears but disappears after a few seconds and then opens Acrobat 8 pro!
Have reinstalled with no change.
This is running on Win xp Pro SP2 machine.

Maybe a corrupt file in the Designer folder.

Try to delete the folder "Designer" under C:/Documents and Settings/[username]/AppData/Adobe/.
It will be automatically rebuilded on next start of the app and loads Designer with default settings.
