I am creating a new dynamic form.

When I drop an existing report that has been converted to pdf, I chose dynamic form.

When it displays in the form window, some of the data has lost its format and is merged into other fields.

I was able to get this to work a couple of times when the format stayed with the forms, but since cannot do any more.

Does anyone have any suggesstions?

Also, when I now go into the ones I was successful at keeping the format using LiveCycle, it now has lost its format as well.

When you import a PDF document as artwork, you must save the resulting form as an Adobe Static PDF Form. You cannot save the form as an Adobe Dynamic XML Form or Adobe XML Form.
