I'm fairly new to the Livecycle program, using version 8 right now and working on a project. basically what I am looking to to is: I have a series of PDF documents that combined make our New hire packet for New Employees in an effort to make lives easier we want to to set it up to where the field automatically fills in fields that are the same, for example Employee name appears on Every form for obvious reasons, would like it so that our employees do not have to type in there name on the various forms multiple times. So in the end the New Hire is only inputing there info once not the 35 times they have to now is it is one easier for them to fill out this info and as well be able to pull this info electronically export the info into the HR System instead of manual data Entry. Any Insight as to if this is possiable or or how to do this would help out. Any suggestions are welcome.
