When I use Photoshop and its move tool, pressing the arrow key moves the object one pixel. When I use the arrow key in LiveCycle, it moves the object 1/4 inch, or 75 pixels.
 
Is there a setting I can change that will allow me to move LiveCycle objects in teeny-tiny increments?

You probably have the "Snap to Grid" enabled. Without it enabled, I'm getting 1/100 inch increments.
