Is it possible for LiveCycle Designer(LCD) to support automatism for captions (caption on TextField that came from program, standard creation)i.e. if one user calls Form on english he gets his captions on english and if another user calls form on french he gets his on french because SAP provides this kind of automatism by default in it's applications?

you can design multilingual forms, but you will need scripting to do this.
