I've created a form with all the fields on page 1 but set up to expand if needed. Created a 2nd Master Page for the overflow as needed. I only want the page 2 included if needed, but the form automatically opens with 2 pages even if the second page is not required. Check my margins and I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions?
