PDF Not Updating

Hi,
Using LiveCycle ES V8.2 to create a Fax cover sheet form that pulls employee info from an access database. The database is located on everyone's hard drive. At this point the the pdf works good. Each employee will only have acrobat reader 8.1. When I change the data in the database the pdf doesn't automatically update. What do I need to do to make this happen? If I reopen the pdf with LiveCycle it updates.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Contacted Adobe and there is no way to populate the form after it's been downloaded to the employee's machine unless they have the full version of Acrobat.
