Percentages not adding up in Dynamic row

I have a form which there is a one item order line table, and then a dynamic table below for different people to enter their information and was percentage they will be paying for. It looks great on the screen and everything works until it gets mailed. When I receive the form the second row in the dynamic table is 100% and all the other rows are 0%.
 
I could upload the form if someone wants to take a look at it.... I just need to know where.
