I want to build a PO form that has all the items available for sale. I could have used an exel spreadsheet or turned the spreadsheet into a PDF but I do not get the interactivity or fidelity. I have a PDF form that allows you to add lines as needed, performs the math to calculate a total, now I want to populate it with the items. I thought the using XML Schema would be the way to go. I played around with the sample XML data connection - I can get the fine, then I tried linking to XML Schema - in preview that works fine but if I view it with reader I do not see the items.
Is this a proper Use case for LiveCycle forms?
Should I package an Access Database with my form?
