When I click on preview pdf I get a dialog box "this document is trying to access the following database" before the document will load. Is there a setting to elimanate this? I do not want users to see this dialog and have to select yes everytime they access the form.

To get rid of this message the PDF has to be trusted. You can use the Enhanced Security preferences in Acrobat to make a file, or folder trusted. But of course you'll have to do this on every users system.
