Run time error - LiveCycle closing

This happens to me every day:

Right in the middle of coding, an error message pops up telling me that there has been a run time error and LiveCycle needs to close without saving my work. The IT guy in my office has been saying he'll fix it, but hasn't gotten around to it.

I'm really sick of losing my work, and having to save once every minute to make sure I don't lose EVERYthing.

Any advice/fix for this??

I've been getting it now and then myself. I've been making sure I'm saving more frequently, haven't had time to look into issue since it doesn't happen all the time. It can happen when coding Javascript, or just by adding objects or design within Livecycle.

I looked through the other posters link and didn't see anything that pertains to my machine setup, so it is probably something else.

I've been using this software for about 3 years now at two different companies with different PC builds, but the past few weeks is the first time I've been seeing this occur.

@radzmar

I tried this fix, and it worked for about a week. But the problem is back again.

Well, if you don't update LCD, the error can appear again.
For a standalone LCD installation, you can find a update on adobe's devnet.
For a LCD installed together with Acrobat, yozu only need to run the Acrobat update function.

By the way, if you use a SQL-Server an the same machine, please watch this tech note.
There is a knows error, that causes a crash during the lauch of LCD.

Radzmar you've save me again. I've just been confronted with this SQL problem. I ended up unloading my SQL which wasn't an ideal solution, but I couldn't use LiveCycle at all til then. Hopefully this might help me.
