I am creating a form in Livecycle Designer 8. When the form is finished it is emailed to a person however they no longer want the user to be able to save the form on their machine it is possible to do this without enabling the user rights.

it's not possible to remove the usage right through a script.
But you can create a script that mails a protected form, so it can't be changed by the receiver.
