Signature Fields not saving when PDF document have hidden forms ?

Hi,

The scenario goes like this. I have a PDF document with multiple pages (5) out of which only one page will be visible at a time, i have navigation buttons to go to any page. What i am doing is making the PRESENCE property to "hidden".

Each page has number of Signature Fields , So when i sign the document on Page1 and then i navigate to Page 2 and I sign another field in Page 2 and Save the entire Document. But when i open the docuemtn again only the Signature on Page 2 is existing. The signature field on Page1 is removed.

This is happening on Adobe Reader 8.0.

If I am using Adobe Reader 7.0 when i click the signature field on Page 2, it gives a file save Error, this is after I sign a field on Page1 . IN this case only the first page can be signed, i can sign multiple fields on the first page .

If anyone knows some solution to this please let me know.
