Subforms, new pages and banners

Using LiveCycle Designer 8.0, I have finally managed to get the hang of the tables function and add instance command but I have hit a minor snag.

My form has a banner with the company logo and name of the form at the top of the page. Ideally I would like to keep this when the form expands to a second page after new rows have been created.

Is this possible? Once the table expands onto a new page it is placed over the banner.

I finally got a copy of 'Creating Dynamic Forms with Adobe LiveCycle Designer' and found the section covering subforms that can be hidden or displayed depending on the user's choices.

So far so good. Problem is that in order to do this the subform HAS to be defined as Flow Content.

When I do this although the content of that subform remains in position content display (good) but it moves everything up and overlays it on top of my logo/banner (created on the Master Page).

Is there a way to get around this problem? I assumed that the header on the master page would be recognised by the subform and therefore displayed above it.

Am I just going to have to manually enter the logo subform on each page of the Design View and abandon the use of the logo on the master page completely?!

On the master page there is a content area (defaults to "untitled Content Area") which is what holds all the objects on the body page(s). You should set the size of this content area such that it begins directly below your header on the master page. Then the body page objects will begin at the top of the untitled content area, not on top of the banner.
