"Submit" Button not working

I have Acrobat 8.0 Professional. I created an Order Form in CorelDraw, then published to PDF. I then converted my file into an interactive form using LiveCycle Designer.

Placed fields by hand. Added Email and Print buttons. Form looks great. But form doesn't work.

I have a website where I sell customized stationery, cards, etc., and have my Order Form uploaded on the site. When I fill in the form and click "Submit Form", it comes into my email Inbox fine (Outlook Express). However, when a customer tries to "Submit Form," either nothing happens (button doesn't "click"), or they get an error message saying that they do not have the correct version of Adobe Reader (they have 7 & 8).

In setting up my "Submit" button, I used a regular "Button" (not Submit by Email button).
Control type: "Submit"
Submit to URL: mailto:jkthomas [at] ec [dot] rr [dot] com
Submit as: PDF
Saved Form.
Distribute (save and send later).
Enabled Usage Rights.

What have I done wrong? Why won't it work?

Your users need to work with Acrobat/Reader 7.05 and above. If they are attempting to submit the form in an earlier version, it won't work. You might want to put a note on your Wb site informing people they need to use Adobe Reader version 7.05 or above to process your form.
