Submit by Email issue

Hi,

I have a form with "Submit by Email" button in it and it is working just fine. The email address in it is a secretariat box which is used by a few people and I set it that way because I want a few people to get responses for my form. However if a user opens my form in Reader in the top right corner another Submit by Email button appears and if the user clicks that the form is sent to me, because Acrobat automatically populates my email into that button. Is there a way to set an email address to that top button not to be my email because having to different email on the form then becomes messy?

Thank you in advance!

That email button on the top right can be deleted if you don't need it. But to answer the question; to edit the address, click the button and then the field tab to edit the address

Hi pforms,

Thank you for quick reply. I am sorry I wasn't perhaps clear enough. I know about the usual Submitt by email button in the form and that we can change the address there. However some of my forms while opened in Reader or Acrobat on other computers have another button apper on the toolbar's grey area in the top right corner. This button is not on the form it is within the toolbar of the application. It says submit by email and has sometimes different email address to what it should be (mine if I created the form and not the one I assigned in the submit by email within the form). ???

Thank you so very much!
