Under "Improving the performance of Adobe LiveCycle Designer", I think you should mention the problem and solution listed here. This problem caused my company to stop using LCD forms until this fix was posted here. Now we can use LiveCycle again. So I think it is important and should be listed on the FAQ, even though it may not be frequently asked. Users may just think that it is slow and will remain being slow unless they know it is a bug and there is a fix for it.
