trouble with data connection

I am using a drop down list and want to import an xml file.

When I go to chose new data connection, the only option not grayed out is WSDL file.

Can anyone offer any idea's?

I am having a similar problem but am trying to export data to an sql database and the only option not grayed out is the WSDL file. I submitted a question in the form forum yesterday but no one has responded.

Hopefully, someone has had experience with this problem in the past and can offer some insight into a solution.
