Hi everyone,
I have forms that I created in adobe 5.0 that have page templates. These forms contain multiple pages. I had a javascript that would spawn pages after they were made page templates. I don't see that option anywhere either in adobe acrobat 9.0 pro or livecycle designer. Please any help is very much appreciated.
