I created a form, with Designer and notice that the option "Changing the Document" and "Document Assembly" options set to "not allowed". Is this normal for Designer? I want to create a form and be able to add or change the metadata. Does anyone know how?

Designer XML forms are not editable in Acrobat. By default the file is secured and locks out permissions for Changing the Document, Document Assembly, and Creating Page Templates. There's no way to save the form from Designer to bypass these settings.
