Urgent: Dynamic Page Creation

My question is if using Acrobat or LiveCycle you can make the PDF form dynamic - if someone selects a certain field it will know to add the extra pages to fill out, if needed:

Example:
If there are 5 partners and each one has to fill out a form for themselves and their wives. So in the original form you put in the number 5 (partners), Acrobat creates 5 duplicate forms to fill out within the same original PDF document.

Thanks!

You can do this with LiveCycle Designer. You can create subforms which repeat and extend depending on the data it is fed. It can add pages as needed.

Alternately, you can create a form which is visible based on what the user selects.

LiveCycle refers to these as flowable subforms.
