Hi, I have created a few forms on LiveCycle Designer, using Acrobat 8 pro. My users are having trouble viewing pull-down menus, entering their email (won't take their email) and submitting them via email to me. Forms have worked fine w/some users, but not w/others. I suspect they need a leter version of acrobat reader, and I aslo have suspected platform problems (I use PC and some use Mac). What can it be?

You have both of the answers already. Older versions of Acrobat, version 6 and earlier, have problems with LiveCycle forms. This is especially true for Mac users. If everyone upgrades to Reader 8, then even the Mac users should be ok. I'm not 100% sure about the Mac users so you should do some testing.

If you don't need any of the special LiveCycle features you should consider redoing your form as an AcroForm. They are much more compatible.
