Variable number of pages LiveCycle form

I have a form sketched by another department. They would like the form to have a Page 1, with specific header information, and a Page Last, with specific footer information. The number of entries in this form will require more than 3 pages, but they can't say how many pages exactly (it is a list of complaints logged within a timeframe).

Is there a way to do this in LiveCycle?

Hi,

yes this is possible with a dynamic form.
You need two masterpages and a flowing layout to do this.

But, it's not that trival to describe how to setup the form so I made a small sample for you.
