I created a form in Live Cycle 8 and distributed it. I enabled users rights, but I can not read the information returned to me by users with Adobe 6.0. When I forward the document to another workstation w/ 6.0 or 7.0 I can read the information. I also do not have any problems reading forms filled out with Adobe 7.0. Please help...

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

If you enable a document with Reader Usage Rights, the end users need to use Acrobat 7 and above. Try to get all your recipients to upgrade Adobe Reader and it should solve problems when distributing forms and collecting data.
