Acrobat Pro 9.4.2 for Windows on Windows XP Pro.
It seems that 3rd party plugins won't load. What's weird is that Acrobat is seeing these plugins in the splash dialog that appears during Acrobat startup but they don't appear where they should after Acrobat has finished launching. It gets weirder. In looking under the Help menu, I do NOT see an option for "About Third-Party Plug-ins".
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat (choosing a typical installation) and that didn't help. I also verified that "Use only certified plug-ins" was unchecked.
This should be a simple fix but I am at a loss at this point. Any ideas???
