9.1 crash on opening 2nd document

Adobe 9.1 crash on opening 2nd document. I just installed 9.1 under Vista and a .pdf opens fine. But on opening a second .pdf it crashes. hpa1000.

I am having the same problem. I tried to repair the installation. That did not work. Next I reinstalled, still have the problem. I am using verision Pro V9.2.0
I am running XP 64 bit with SP3.
