Ability to send document directly to email

Is anyone aware of a way to push the PDF document directly to an email in Outlook.

Currently we have a client who is printing a file to the Adobe Printer and he has the ability to save it wherever he likes. Once he has it saved, it opens and he then goes to File --> Send to Email. He would like to cut out the save and the send to email option and just have this document go directly to his email.

Does anyone know if this is possible? We know how to do this in PDF995, but cannot find a setting change in Adobe.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.0, Windows

It's really easy to do this on a Mac, but I can't help for Windows…

If you right-click on the file icon in Windows, there is a menu item to "Convert to Adobe PDF and email".

I should probably explain a little better...

I support software, where a customer signs in through a Citrix Connection, when they want to email something directly from our application, they can use our internal Outlook Express or they can use PDF995, which will allow them to print to the PDF995 and it automatically saves the file to a PDF document and then brings up an email. In Adobe currently, I am having to save the file and then, when the file opens go to File and send to Email. Is there a way to avoid all of this extra work and just print to the Adobe and have it go directly to an email?

Unfortunately, there isn't an email button on the print menu in Acrobat. The closest thing is the context-sensitive menu I mentioned above but that doesn't appear to fit your workflow. Sounds like you need something right in the Adobe PDF print menu, yes?

PDF995 is not an Adobe software…

You can't do it using PDF995, so trash it, download and install PDF Creator : it's one of its features (Send generated files via eMail).

Yes I am aware that PDF995 is not adobe software... I was just saying that we can do what I am requesting using that software.

It sounds like the way we are currently doing this emailing is the only way to do it, so I will just leave it at that.

Thank you for all your help.

(Please, be lenient since english isn't my native language...)

Sorry, I didn't realize it sooner, but in my 2nd post I meant that I guess that PDF-Creator should solve your issue.

When using PDF-Creator you have to go to the print dialog box (as usual), select the PDF-Creator printer > clic OK, then in the dialog box that follows you just have to clic on the "Email" button.See that screenshot, it's a french dialog box but you can clearly see the "Email" button.
The default button "Enregistrer" mean "Save", so you have a the choice right here : before creating the PDF file.

Yes and no…
PDF-Creator is OpenSource (free), and it's not a plugin for Acrobat.

I think that there is a button in Outlook which allows you to do this. However, I think it is only in Outlook 2007.
