I am using Acrobat 8 std. We have 38 volume licenses. We purchase the software about 4 years ago and had not problems installing until last month. When I tried to install the software I can not get any more avialable e-licenses.
I have installed the software on 11 machines so far but can not get past that. I get a too many licenses error. After speaking to the people in asia from customer support (that know nothing more than the standart script) all I was told is that I have the incorrect media to install the software. After arguing for weeks now because they can not understand that the problem in not the media I decided ok let's see if that is correct. I wonder if someone here can enligthen me with the correct CD number that I must have to install the rest of the volume licenses since the customer support people in asia or india have not clue. Basically each CD printer is version at the bottom which is the version that I must have? 90081833? 90081247? 90069849?

PLEASE HELP!
