Just venting a bit here... after seeking support about Acrobat 9 Pro's inability to create expandable text fields, I am disappointing about the help I received from Customer Support. Both cases I have opened were not responded to very quickly and when I received a response it didn't make sense, or rather, my questions didn't seemed to be understood because the answers & suggestions were vague. I'm not sure the question/issue was even understood by support personnel. Another minor complaint I have is the response was full of misspellings and grammatical errors.

Using the Acrobat User Forum's search feature is better (duh?).

The MacIntosh and Unix versions of Acrobat do not include LiveCycle Designer program which can be used to create a dynamic PDF forms that includes dynamic fields.

It should also be noted that Windows users that create forms using AroForms Forms tools in Acrobat, can not create dynamic forms with dynamic fields.

Adobe's customer support (and technical support) don't answer how-to questions.
For that you need to buy a special support plan, which isn't really worth it. It's much better to post here (I was going to say "or Adobe's forums", but since the latest changes to it it has become unusable).
