My Acrobat Distillar professional 8 gives me the following message and quits. help please.

"the instruction at 0x0Sb11243 referenced at memory at 0x12284e88. The memory could not be written.

You should check your RAM modules, maybe one is faulty.
Check the event log of Windows to get more information about the error.
